I have been using these THC-free CBD capsules off/on for ~1.5 year now and they helped greatly with my moderate anxiety and depression symptoms. The dosage (one 25mg capsule/day in the mornings, as needed) is perfect for me and I have never experienced any side effects. It can make a difference in my motivation level right at the start of the day. I’ve tried CBD from a few different sources and this is definitely the best.
